Our Laufhaus is discreetly yet centrally located - in a quiet side street in the Euro-Industrie-Park in the north of Munich.
The individual apartments in Laufhaus HWB 7 are rented exclusively to ladies who use their rooms independently and on their own account.
The tenants receive their guests in their rooms - with the door open or closed, depending on their personal preference.
The light above the door indicates whether the lady is available: green means available and the guest can ring the bell or enter, red means not available.
We guarantee a respectful, open and safe space for everyone. Regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation: you are welcome just as you are.
Laufhaus HWB 7 sees itself as an LGBTQI+ safe space - with no ifs, ands or buts.
Free and discreet parking spaces are located at the rear of the building - not visible from the street.
Good accessibility by subway and bus (near Frankfurter Ring).
The bus stop "Lotte-Branz-Straße" is only a two-minute walk from the Laufhaus.
The Laufhaus is open 24 hours a day.
All tenants in Laufhaus HWB 7 work independently and on their own account.
The landlord has no influence on the service, working hours or pricing of the tenants. Prices and services are offered exclusively by the self-employed ladies.
Cab and Uber drivers are welcome to use our parking spaces.
Drivers receive free coffee and soft drinks in the Gentlemen's Bar.
Fresh drinking water of tested quality flows from our taps, allowing you to quench your thirst at any time.
